Prenatal Yoga

Virtual Prenatal Yoga Classes:

Sundays, March 14th-28th & April 11th-25th 10-11:15am MST

       6 Week Series: $75 or Single Day Drop In: $20

All times are MST and classes are hosted via Zoom - link and password are sent via email once registration and payment are received.

Financial assistance is available, please request in registration email. 

Each class will include postures, breathwork, meditation and a discussion topic. 

All of my offerings are intentionally supportive of LGBTQ+ & BIPOC experiences.

Why Do Prenatal Yoga?

Prenatal yoga is great for both your body and your mind as you experience all that pregnancy has to offer.  Each of my classes incorporates strength building movement, labor support positions, relaxation and meditative breathing. 

My goal is to guide you through a class that leaves you feeling physically rejuvenated and mentally refreshed.

As your body changes in pregnancy, prenatal yoga is a great option to keep you moving and feeling strong.  It also targets key areas in your body that tend to feel sore or strained in pregnancy - improving your physical comfort.
